More useful informationWhat should I include in a quote request?
Send a 2D drawing, 3D file or details of a physical sample, together with material, quantity, critical dimensions, surface finish and your preferred delivery date. Include any inspection requirements.
Can you support samples through to production?
Yes. We support single-piece samples, small-batch trials and mass production. Prototypes can be available in as little as 3 days for select projects. Timing is confirmed after reviewing the part, material and finish.
What tolerances and inspection can you provide?
Standard batch production typically supports tolerances of ±0.01–0.02 mm. Concentricity down to 0.01 mm and surface roughness down to Ra 0.2 μm after treatment are project-dependent. We provide 100% inspection and can supply quality and dimensional reports. Confirm critical requirements with your drawing.
How do I send drawings or discuss a sample?
Email STEP, IGES or PDF files to vera@tianyupro.com, or contact Vera Yao on WhatsApp at +86 18512832770. We also review physical samples. Discuss sample delivery before sending a part.
